Carne Asada
Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. flank steak (sliced for Carne Asada)
- 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Place steak in bowl or resealable plastic bag, and coat with marinade. Place in refrigerator, and marinate for 8 hours.
Notes
If you decide to freeze the raw meat in the marinade, cut the soy sauce to 1/4 - 1/3 cup.
